Our Orlando holiday villa is ideally situated in the select development of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. The peaceful location we enjoy is ideal for exploring the many attractions Florida has to offer. The nearest golf course is a few minutes away and Disney only 15 minutes drive. The beaches on both coasts can be reached in a little over an hour. The pool is very private as the ayrd is fenced either side and overlooks a large pond.

You can take up to 7 people with you as the villa will accommodate up to 8 guests. After a hard day enjoying yourself, the Queen size bed in the Master bedroom will be very inviting and with an en suite bathroom, 20” Cable T.V. and DVD Player, you can tuck yourself away until you're ready for another day in the Florida sunshine. You'll find the second Bedroom with twin beds ideal for kids as it has cable T.V. and a Playstation 2, to help keep them entertained. The Playstation doubles as a DVD and you'll find a selection of cartoons and a game to play. There are board games too and you can hire games locally if they get bored with what's there. Your other guests have the third Bedroom which has a Queen Sized bed, also has cable T.V. and a radio alarm. These bedrooms share a seperate family bathroom. If you find time to use it, the Living room is very comfortably furnished and one of the sofas folds out into an additional Queen sized bed, if you need to sleep 8. For entertainment you can choose from over 100 cable channels or hire a movie and enjoy it in Surround Sound on the 32” Digital Cable T.V. If there's "nothing" on that you want to watch you can tune in to a wide range of local radio stations or play your favorite CD's. When it comes to meal times at home, you can eat in the kitchen/diner, it's set out for five, but you can open out the table and find three extra chairs in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a Floridian home. You'll find lots of room in the large fridge/freezer and it has an automatic ice maker, so you can have plenty of cool drinks. When you have to cook, the range, has a ceramic top to make cleaning easier, or there's the microwave oven if you just want to heat something up. You'll also find a steamer, toaster, coffee maker and tea kettle. You won't need to bring linens & towels as they are supplied and you'll find ample utensils and crockery for preparing meals for up to eight people.

Your view from the pool & lanai overlooks a small lake (retention). We're sure you'll love the extra comfort of the deep cushioned patio furniture. You can also relax in the seating area of the pool, which has spa therapy jets. It's a great way to unwind while you watch the sunset. If you love the outdoors, you can cook on the gas BBQ and everyone can be seated by the pool.

If you want to play golf the nearest Golf Course is less than 5 minutes away. The ChampionsGate Golf Club is home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman. This is regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States. Also featuring an impressive clubhouse, restaurant and banquet facility, ChampionsGate has garnered an enviable reputation for its accomplished, attentive and professional staff.
