SPECIAL FEATURES
Watch the sunsets over the water from the comfort of your screened sunporch or catch some early morning fishing from the docks. Ahmic is a large waterway which offers boating enthusiasts 40 miles of waterway. The lot offers privacy and easy access to the water. The cottage is also in the centre of snowmobile country and offers easy winter access, parking with garage available, games room with gas and restaurants close by.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is approximately 2000 sq ft on 2 levels. Most of our guests would pick the screened sunporch as their favorite spot. The cottage has a large living room with ample seating, a separate dining room good size kitchen with all amenities. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. A rollaway bed is available. The bathroom is spacious with a full bath and shower. Downstairs is a games room


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is on a one acre lot which offers a great deal of privacy and the cottage is just a few steps to the water. There are two docks one with steps down into the water. A paddleboat and canoe are offered with the rental. There is a picnic table as well as propane barbeques. The water is shallow entry with a sandy beach for the smaller children. The water depth drops to 6 feet by the end of the docks.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
There are many golf courses in the area. Fine dining is available Parry Sound offered some wonderful shops as well as boat tours of the area Local shops are close by

Weekend rate $600 during Off Season
