Private Blue Mountain Chalet

This bright and spacious six bedroom, Swiss style Chalet has been nicely updated and is available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals.

Ideally located at the base of the mountain just 3 to 4 minutes to the ski slopes and the Village at Blue, 4 to 5 minutes to the beaches along Georgian Bay, approximately 10 minutes to Collingwood and 20 minutes to Wasaga Beach.

The very clean and spacious facilities of our Family Chalet make for an ideal spot for any function or special occasion such as company retreats, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions or simply a short recharge get-away for family and friends at any time of the year.

The top level is open concept and features a wood burning insert, wall to wall windows with a great view of the mountain and sliding doors that lead to a very large deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic necessities including dishes, cutlery, cups, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and stove. The living room has plenty of seating with three couches, TV with basic cable and a VCR. Large kitchen table will seat up to fourteen people.

The main floor features three bedrooms with double beds, two washrooms and a sauna. All three bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck overlooking the ravine.

The lower level features a large recreation room with a bar and a refrigerator. Sliding glass doors that lead to the ravine and three bedrooms (all with double bunk beds). Also found in the recreation room is a colour TV with basic cable and a VCR, two couches and a European style soccer table.

A gas barbecue and patio table are found in the upper level deck. The main level also has a large deck. The chalet backs and sides onto a ravine. Valley ball & badminton net in yard is lots of fun for children and adults alike. Public tennis courts within a 45 second walk.

There are an endless amount of activities and events at Blue Mountain such as skiing, snow boarding, tubing, golf, rock climbing, caving, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding, sky diving, plus much much more. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs at the Village at Blue so come for the fun and adventure or come to relax and do nothing.
