from Toronto. This cottage is situated on an open treed lined lot. Enjoy 100 feet of quiet lakefront property
with great fishing. The cottage is fully equipped with 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Enjoy views of the water
from the kitchen, bedrooms & living room.
Wrap around deck with BBQ overlooking the lake.
Full lake access with a dock and free public boat launch down the street and rental boats nearby. We are
approximately 20 minutes from Lock 42.

This cottage is equipped with a full kitchen including a new dock and fridge. The dining room and living
room are combined with a beautiful view of the lake. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with enough room
to comfortably sleep 6 adults. The master bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the water. The 1st
floor includes a double bunk perfectly suitable for the little ones.

Relax in the shade on the wrap around deck. The cottage is less than 200 feet from the level water front
and dock. Take the canoe or paddle boat out on the lake. Play badminton or volleyball at the front of the
property.
