DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
The Hedges features two large bedrooms on the main floor and an open concept large loft area on
the 2nd
floor. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The home is winterized and features a beautiful sunroom which is
used
as the dining area, a comfortable living room with seating for 8+ (and featuring a widescreen LCD
with
Netflix HD and DVD player). A new washer and dryer are available - located in the
basement.

DESCRIPTION EXTÉRIEURE
The name, the Hedges, comes from the beautiful Hedges that provide a very private vacation on the
1/2
acre lot. There's lots of room to play games like volleyball or for kids to run and have fun. The 100 ft
wide
waterfront has a deck where everyone can enjoy lake views, a small beach area where children
could play
and easy access to swimming.

The Hedges is a two minute walk to the nature trails of Sibbald Point - where old growth cedar
stands
provide a stunning place to walk. The Sibbald Point Provincial Park sandy beach is about a 12
minute walk
from the Hedges.
The Briars Resort and Gold & Country Club are a short bike ride or car ride from The Hedges.
