CARACTÉRISTIQUES
A very quiet area but close to towns and hospital. The cottage is furnished and is at a beautiful location directly on the waters edge. There is a protected boat harbor on the 220 foot frontage on Lake Kagawong. We are located on a dead end road that has 6 cottages on it so you will enjoy the area. Renovations have been done on the kitchen and bathroom and the cottage has a beautiful woodburning fireplace. Our lake is about 40 square miles and very few cottages (no industry) so I doubt you would ever see more than 3 boats at any time.


DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 room has a queen, 1 has a single and the other room has a set of single bunk beds. There is a kitchen, a bathroom , a sunroom and a large porch overlooking the water.


DESCRIPTION EXTÉRIEURE
The cottage is located 66 feet from the shore of Lake Kagawong and is heavily treed for some great shade you can enjoy on the 2 decks. There is a natural harbor for boats.

So many things to do on the Island- relaxing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, touring etc


INFORMATIONS SUR LE PRIX
Until June 23, $700 a week. From July 14 to Aug 18, $900 a week From June 23 to July 14 and from Aug 18 to Sept 1, $800 a week. After Sept 1, $700 a week There are no taxes A deposit of $200 per week is necessary for me to hold the cottage.
