CARACTÉRISTIQUES
We love the unique look of this 'A' frame cottage and the owners have made the most of the space making it a great place to enjoy a short break or a week in this lovely location on Crowe Lake in the eastern Kawartha region.
The cottage sits on a large piece of property with lawns to front and back. The shallow and sandy waterfront is great for small children, while the older ones have lots of room to play. There’s a dock to moor your boat or to just sit on and enjoy the spectacular views across the lake.

DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
The front door opens onto a hallway which has the master bedroom to one side and and a full bathroom with a shower stall to the other. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is light and airy and has sufficient room for all your group to enjoy a meal, game of cards or an evening with a good movie on the DVD player. Sliding doors to the deck open up the space even more and make the BBQ easily accessible from the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a good range of large and small appliances including a wine cooler – just what you need for a hot summer day!
The features are what you would expect in a pricier cottage and include high speed internet, satellite TV, a dishwasher and laundry facilities.
On the upper level is a twin bedded room and an open-loft bedroom (overlooking the living area) with a futon. A second bathroom is between these two rooms.

DESCRIPTION EXTÉRIEURE
Crowe Lake is located close to the village of Marmora which has everything you need to supply your vacation needs. Besides a supermarket and LCBO and Beer Store, there’s a farmer’s market every Saturday morning; tennis courts; riverside walks; restaurants , and a nice range of stores in town. Every Thursday evening from June onwards, the main street is closed for antique car and truck displays which makes for a very popular evening out.
If you enjoy the activity of geocaching, this is a great location with hundreds of caches in the area. Let us know if you want more information on taking a geocaching break.
