DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
The cottage interior is an open concept with a porch, kitchen and eating area and bedroom at the rear with a wall separation. The roof is of aluminum sheathing and the building is of frame consruction with wood stove heating when required. The floor is painted 3/4 inch plywood.
The building is insulated and wired for electricity as well as for propane.

Water access is by walkway (approximately 60 Feet)and as well a walkway to the sauna blg is in place (20 feet). The building exterior is of metal aluminum siding. The privy is located 30 feet from the main building. The view to Rumsay Lake has been cleared for view.
