minutes from the slopes, this four bedroom cottage is an excellent location to
bring your extended family and friends. Stay a weekend, a week, a month or the
season. Included are all utilities, cable TV, Wireless INTERNET and parking. Come
and experience the wonderful amenities available in the Georgian Triangle. Ski at
Blue Mountain; explore Intrawest Village, golf at Monterra; shop and dine in
Collingwood; and enjoy Wasaga Beach.

DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
The cottage is a two storey structure with the entrance, storage and bathroom at
the lower level and the second floor has four bedrooms, a family room with
fireplace, a full kitchen area and a full bathroom. New leather couches. This
cottage-chalet easily sleeps 8 privately, two per room. Full Kitchen, Electric
Stove, Refrigerator, Utensils, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, TV, Cable TV,
Wireless Internet, Fireplace, Firepit, BBQ, Decks. Plates, dishes, pots and pans,
are also supplied. All you need to bring are some sheets, pillowcases and your own
towels. We supply the blankets and pillows.

DESCRIPTION EXTÉRIEURE
The property is large, private and surrounded by large trees; the property can
accommodate several cars (6). The lower deck includes a Propane BBQ, picnic table
and chairs. An upper deck provides opportunities for views and solitude. The
property has deeded access to Georgian Bay with sandy beach and warm, shallow
waters, safe for small children. There is an exterior firepit on the premises.

ACTIVITÉS À PROXIMITÉ
Winter activities: Only 3-4 minutes from the slopes of Blue Mountain and
exciting Intrawest Village. Ice fishing opportunities in winter. Less than 5
minutes to shopping and dining in Collingwood.
Summertime: Waterfront access steps from cottage. Wasaga Beach, the
world's longest freshwater beach, is less than 20 minutes away. Boating,
snorkeling, golf, mountain biking, horseback-riding and fishing are popular local
activities.

INFORMATIONS SUR LE PRIX
Must be 25 years or older to reserve. No Teenage groups. Maximum occupancy 8
persons, including children. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
Weekends off season $800 (Friday - Sunday) excluding long weekends.
SUMMER: Mid-June to Mid-September: weekly rentals at $1200/week (Saturday -
Friday) and weekends (Friday- Sunday) at $850.
WINTER: December 1- March 30: $850/weekend; $1200 for the week.
Add $250 for an extra day such as a long weekend.
Booking form to be signed and fully-refundable damage/cleaning deposit required.
