CARACTÉRISTIQUES
This 3+1 bedroom, two-storey, all season cottage sits on the south shore with a
view of the rippling waters of Ril Lake. It’s approximately 2 hours north of
Toronto, just south of Lake of Bays & Hwy 117, between the towns of Dorset &
Baysville.
Enjoy numerous back lakes and trails that offer an array of nature experiences.
Hiking,Biking, ATVing, Snowmobiling, Cross Country Skiing, Kayaking, Fishing, are
yours to enjoy just out your back door.

DESCRIPTION INTÉRIEURE
Golden Getaway has an open concept living room, dining room & kitchen with natural
pine dining room furniture and accents. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the
carpeted living room that includes; CD/DVD player, TV, and a wood stove to provide
warm ambiance. Relax and enjoy the large screened in Muskoka Room adjoining the
living room with a view over the quiet waters of Ril Lake.
Quiet comforting rest can be found in two large carpeted bedrooms upstairs. The
master bedroom with its high vaulted ceiling and walk-out balcony overlooking the
waterfront has a queen bed + single bed.
The second bedroom has two double beds. On the main floor, there is another master
bedroom with a queen bed, and a 4th bedroom is located in the basement with a
queen & double beds.
There is a 3 pcs bathroom on the main floor with a shower, plus a bathroom on the
second floor with a full size tub.

DESCRIPTION EXTÉRIEURE
Walk down from the screened-in Muskoka Room on a gently tiered landscape to the
shoreline where you can enjoy the sun, water and fresh air while you play or relax
on the dock, or in the water with the watercraft provided (Canoe, Kayak,
Paddleboat & Row Boat, Diving Raft). The sand & pebble "beachy" lake bottom is
easy on the feet for wading and swimming. The backyard area is open yet shaded for
gatherings around the firepit and picnic table or play horseshoes, badminton, ball
toss or Frisbee.

Within a 15 minute drive to shopping and restaurants, in Dorset & Baysville.
A two minute walk to a "Forest Access Rd" which takes you to many back trails,
