SPECIAL FEATURES
Just 15 minutes from Huntsville, Clear Lake Cottages is an ideal vacation resort for all Four Seasons. Our 400’ of beautiful sand beach and shady beachfront deck are our pride and joy. There is plenty of room on our 11-acre property for relaxation and games. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom tidy, well-kept and affordable cottages. Our tent campsites are private, grassy and shady.
Take pleasure in recreational fishing for bass, trout and lots of panfish for children. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of our kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddleboat, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton and playground area.
Summer time guests are thrilled with our water trampoline.
For winter snowmobile enthusiasts, we are located on Trail 95 Top Trail D.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Each cottage has a kitchen that has a full size fridge and stove, supplied with all cooking needs such as microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The living room area has furniture that allows you a view of the scenery.
Cottages have queen, double and single beds, supplied with mattress covers and pillows. Cottages have a 3 piece bathroom. Some cottages have gas fireplaces, and woodstoves.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Each cottage is equipped with a picnic table, 4 or 6 Muskoka chairs and a campfire pit. There are laundry lines for hanging beach towels. Some cottages have decks overlooking the beach.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Lots of activities are available at Arrowhead Provincial Park which is only 10 minutes away and the West Gate at Algonquin Provincial Park is just a 40 minute drive for a day trip. There are many golf courses nearby to choose from. Our resort is only a 15 minutes drive from Huntsville where there are many unique and interesting stores, as well as grocery and department stores.
Downhill skiing is available a short drive into Huntsville at Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area. Featuring 3 Quad Chairlifts and 14 runs ranging from beginner to difficult. Hidden Valley also offers night skiing three nights a week and nightly during school holidays. Two Quad Chairlifts and three main runs along with our Terrain Park are lit for skiing and snowboarding fun.
Other winter activities close by are groomed trails for cross country skiing, horse-sleigh rides and dog sledding.

2 Bedroom cottage rate is $725 to $750 per week.
3 Bedroom cottage rate is $1100 to $1200 per week.
Spring and Fall Weekend rates are $200 to $300.,br>
Victoria Day Weekend rate is $300 to $450 for 3 nights
Winter rate - daily - $110 to $175 per night
Low season special discount - $200 off weekly rental.
Minimum $200 required for weekly reservation. Rates subject to HST
