SPECIAL FEATURES
This is not a party place so don't bother to apply if that is what you are after. Our cottage is a clean family owned cottage is located on a quiet street across from heavily wooded crown lands, and practically every window looks into the woods. The big seller is the large screened in porch where you can sit and have your morning coffee and lounge away the day or night. Did I mention the beach is only a 1 minute walk around the block? We are located on Beach 5 in Wasaga and down the street is the Canadian Superstore (like a Loblaws) and a Tim Horton's so no need to bring groceries with you. It's the perfect quiet retreat. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This is a clean open concept cottage. The kitchen windows open onto the screened
in porch making it easy to keep track of kids. The large kitchen contains
everything you need, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We have a coffee
maker, toaster, microwave and a kitchen table that easily seats 6. There are 3
bedrooms with a comfortable queen mattress in one room and double beds in the
other two rooms, one with a pillowtop mattress. The clean bright bathroom has
recently been renovated with a new shower, sink, toilet and floor.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is tucked back from the street with a large front yard and is around
the corner from the beach which is the world's longest fresh water beach. The gas
BBQ is on the large deck where you can suntan on the deck chairs. You can eat
your meals in the kitchen or the screened in porch around a large table that sits
6. It is a 5 minute walk thru the woods to the YMCA which includes a playground,
free tennis courts, skateboard park and free jazz every Tuesday night.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Visit the waterslides in Wasaga Beach, only 15 minute drive away. Collingwood has
ziplining and rope bridges to get a closer look at the flora and fauna. There's
also a multi-plex in Collingwood. Waundering thru the scenic caves in Blue
Mountain is exciting for kids and adults. Elmvale is only a half hour drive away
and there's a flea market every Thursday and Saturday. An hour's drive away is
Midland where you can visit an authentic Indian village with long houses. A five
minute drive will take you to go karts where adults and children can have fun
racing. There are many towns nearby for people who like to antique hunt and one
particular charming town is Creemore with art galleries a Saturday morning farmers
market and lovely restaurants.

RATE INFORMATION
$950/week, $450 for weekends. Damage deposit $250. Half the week's rental is
required for deposit upon booking the cottage. The other half and a separate
damage deposit cheque 3 weeks before rental date. The deposit (half the rental) is forfeited on any cancellation within 60 days of rental date. Cottage must be cleaned before leaving or damage deposit will be foreited. You must bring your own linen and towels. The season is from late May to Sept.
