SPECIAL FEATURES
This family owned cottage is located across the street from heavily wooded crown lands, every window looks into the woods. Although the property is not right on the beach, it is less than 100 meters away. (30 second walk)It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 private bath and an open concept living space with fully equipped kitchen and huge screened in porch. It's the perfect quiet retreat. The season on this cottage is late May thru early September. It is a 5 minute walk thru the woods to tennis courts and 20 minute drive to Collingwood's treetop platforms and caves.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This is an open concept living-dining area. The kitchen windows open onto the porch. It's easy to keep track of kids.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is tucked back from the street and is around the corner from the beach which is the world's largest sandbox.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Visit the waterslides in Wasaga Beach, only 15 minute drive away. Collingwood has treetop platforms and rope bridges to get a closer look at the flora and fauna. There's also a multi-plex in Collingwood. Waundering thru the caves in Blue Mountain is exciting for kids and adults. An hour's drive away is Midland where you can visit an authentic Indian village with long houses. A five minute drive will take you to go karts where adults and children can have fun racing. There are many towns nearby for people who like to antique hunt and one particular charming town is Creemore with art galleries and charming restaurants.


RATE INFORMATION
$850/week, $150/day for weekends. Damage deposit $200. Deposit required for half the rent upon booking the cottage. The other half and a separate damage deposit cheque 2 weeks before rental date. The season is from late May to Sept.
