Just imagine waking up at your own little piece of paradise. If you are looking to have a romantic getaway or treat your family to a special week/weekend this cottage has everything for you. You really can't ask for more when looking to relax, have fun and truly unwind. You can enjoy everything that nature has to offer without sacrificing all the comforts and conveniences of home. This cottage is south facing with the full sun all day and has its own private beach and dock. It is located on a quiet, private gated property at the end of a road on a point suitable for one to two couples or a small family (not a party place). One cottage rental only on property. Very scenic and relaxing. Lots of wildlife (loons, ducks and turtles in the summer & swans and otters in the winter). The fishing on Crowe River, Crowe Lake and Beaver Creek is excellent, there is large and small mouth bass, pickeral, muskie, pike and perch. JUNE TO SEPTEMBER RENTALS - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY - ARRIVE SUNDAY ANY TIME AFTER 1:00 P.M. AND DEPART THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY BY 11:00 A.M. IN ORDER FOR MAINTENANCE TO BE DONE ON THE PROPERTY, COTTAGE, POOL AND HOT TUB!!

Fantastic great room is over 30 feet long and consists of the kitchen/dining and living room. Two patio door walkouts to deck from kitchen & living room. One walkout patio door from separate sitting room to the hot tub. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed both recently painted and recarpeted. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious clean bright rooms! Ideally situated for one to two couples or a small family!!

Full deck across the front of the cottage. The HOT TUB is right outside a patio door on the deck - very secluded area and the pool is right next to the hot tub! If hot tub not wanted in summer rental please advise for a reduced rate. Small screened gazebo at the end of the board walk - comfortably seats four - great to chill in on a hot summers day! Shallow wading beach which is suitable for young children. This is a very quiet private property suitable for one to two couples or a small family (not a party place). Waterfront is right at your doorstep. Small fire pit by the water. Fall colours are awesome - especially when you are soaking in the hot tub or imagine star gazing on a cold winters night soaking in the hot tub - just spectacular!!

Marmora is a very quaint and scenic village located on the Crowe River and has the beautiful Millennium Park less than 10 minutes away from the cottage. There are paved walking paths for baby carriages, playground, dam and historical information. Local beach in town. Valu-Mart grocery store, Dixie Lee, Subway, Liquor Store, Beer Store and laundromat all in town. Plenty of site seeing day trips (Petroglyphs Provincial Park, Bon Echo Provincial Park, The Gut-Crowe Valley Conservation Authority, Ferris Provincial Park in Campbellford with a swing bridge). Peterborough and Belleville are both less than a 1 hour drive away.
