A modern lakeside cottage/home that is a beautiful year-round vacation retreat situated fifty feet from Patterson Lake. There are panoramic window views in all directions, with 3 different 'deck' areas and a huge deck for eating + relaxing.

Patterson lake offers excellent swimming in crystal clear, deep, water. More than half of this lake has natural undeveloped shoreline! Our cottage offers a sandy bottom water entry!

Fishing year round for bass, sunfish, perch, pickerel, pike, and walleye, a thrill for all ages! A canoe and paddles are available plus two adult life jackets.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

3 bedrooms: #1 - Queen size bed with patio doors open to a private balcony overlooking the lake. #2 - Bunk beds, double size beds, up + down, #3 -Queen 'murphy bed' in spacious walkout level.

Panoramic views, fireplace, airtight stove, lounge. Extra large lower walkout area with panoramic views of sunrises and sunsets. A large fully equipped modern country kitchen with table seating for 6. Two bathrooms, one with a double jacuzzi tub!

Excellent spring water! Basic linens included, please bring your own beach towels.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This Waterfront Property has a large private dock 16' x 20' (lots of room to moor a boat!), shallow sandy bottom water entry at dock by shoreline ...., deep water to dive into at far end of the dock!

A new 6-person Hot Tub has been added to make your stay more enjoyable. Relax in the comfort of the hot tub and see a huge galaxy of stars! The Play area is shaded with tall trees, panoramic views, swings, sliders. Maples, pines and colourful gardens provide privacy, shade and cool areas on hot summer days.
