SPECIAL FEATURES
Private getaway on Lake Kagawong (Manitoulin Island - year round access).
Located between Fred's Camp and Mac's Camp on the South West of Lake Kagawong.
Opposite end of Lake Kagawong from Bridal Veil Falls in the town of Kagawong.
Located roughly between half way between Mindemoya and Gore Bay, slightly closer
to Gore Bay at around 15 minutes driving.
Over 600 feet of water front on 50+ acres of land. All the amenities of home in a
private setting. Ability to rent 2 cottages (next to each other but over a minute
walk away - so close yet still private from each other) on 55+ acres with 900+
feet of water front. The other cottage also has a gas fireplace but otherwise the
amenities are fairly similar.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The master bedroom, and 2nd masterbedroom (there are two large bedrooms in the
cottage - great for 2 couples) each have a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a
double bed. The family room also has a double pull out couch, and there is an
extra single mattress tucked away in the master bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 couples
and 2 singles, or 6 singles, in comfortable beds.
A full kitchen, including fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is a large Weber
propane BBQ outside. All water runs through a purification system, so drink water
and bath/shower worry free. Washer and Dryer on site along with a second fridge.
There are two four piece bathrooms. The family room has a 20" TV hooked to a
satellite receiver with movie package, DVD player (with DVDs on site), stereo, and
Microsoft XBox (with a collection of popular games).

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
A secluded three bedroom cottage on 50+ acres of land, with over 600 feet of
shoreline on a small bay within a large lake. A place to really get away from it
all, also a place to explore the magnificent beauty and character of Manitoulin
Island, the north shore and the rest of the near north.
The property consists of open field, cedar forest, mixed forest and limestone
shoreline. If you take a walk around dawn or dusk you are bound to see a deer or
other small animals wandering around.
Property is located on Perivale Road West on the south west end of Lake Kagawong
(on Patterson's Bay) between Fred's and Mac's Camp.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Fishing, hiking, swimming, Geocaches, snowmobiling. Fire pit, horseshoe pits,
volleyball net on property. There are games, puzzles, many books, some about the
area, lawn chairs/patio chairs, picnic tables, (easily sit well over 8 people
outside), a canoe, all the things we could think of to help you have an enjoyable
stay.
There are lots of places to fish on island.
A large public beach in Provindence Bay about 20 minutes away.

RATE INFORMATION
High Season $1250.00/week - 7 nights minimum rental
Mid Season $728.00/week, $110.00/night - 3 nights minimum rental
Low Season $625.00/week $100.00/night - 2 nights minimum rental
$60/pet/week or less
Slightly different rates may apply over certain long weekends. We will send a
quote if you inquire.
13% tax added to above rates.
The above rates are for up to 6 people, the cottage can hold more people but
there is an extra fee for each person over 6 people. This cottage can handle up
to 8 people.
Also, there is the possibility of renting a second cottage (see Manitoulin Privacy) about a 2 minute walk
from each other (both cottages are private from each other by distance and
trees) with no one else in between. Great for larger gatherings such as family
reunions.
