We offer a very shallow sandy beach very close to your cottage, playground for kids, tree fort for kids, Gazebo shaded area for reading and tea, landscaped gardens for pictures, lots of grass area for games, level lot great for wheelchairs, complimentary water trampoline, complimentary canoes, pedal water bike, and three pedal boats. We have a swimming raft, firepit with complimentary wood and complimentary DVD's and VHS Movies.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Our Lakefront Cottages, Chalet and Inn offers very clean and spacious
accommodations. Enjoy our amazing sunset from your large Cottage deck. Our
beach is shallow, weed free and sandy giving you great safety for small kids. We
offer indoor and outdoor hot tubs, complimentary pedal boats, canoe,water pedal
bike and campfire wood. Our Cottages and Chalet offers wood stoves and wood
fireplaces for an amazing Romantic Getaway. Sand Lake has a level lot which is
great for handicap guests along with our Chalet that is equipped for wheelchairs.
Our Ontario Cottage Resort has pretty gardens, horse shoe pitch, tree fort and
playground for kids.
Romantic Getaways are also a very large part of our business with onsite massage
therapy, private upgraded hot tubs, wood fireplaces, electric fireplaces, cedar
room hot tub and amazing lakeviews.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
All of our Cottages, Chalets and Inn are very clean and spacious. We offer 3 or
4 piece baths, fireplaces or wood stoves and indoor Hot Tub.
All of our places have satellite tv, dvd player, vcrs and fully equipped kitchens
with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and stove. Some places
have dishwashers.
All of our places have very large decks with propane barbecues and patio
furniture. Our places will accommodate between 2 - 10 people in each place.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Sand Lake Cottages has 300ft of water frontage. The lake is very clean, no weeds
and very shallow with lots of sand. There is lots of trees for shade and lots of
areas that get plenty of sun.
The evening campfire is a great place to relax, roast marshmallows and enjoy your
family and friends.
Our Cottage Resort has a gazebo area where you can get away from the sun to just
socialize or read a book. Take some pictures for long lasting memories in our
flowered gardens.
Enjoy the outdoor hot tub in a large gazebo overlooking the gardens and the lake.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Algonquin Park is very close to us offering three entrances into the park to
include Rain Lake, Magnetawan River and Tim Lake.
The Seguin Trail system and the OFSC trails are beside us giving you plenty of
trails for atving, snowmobiling, hiking, snowshoeing and biking.
Huntsville is very close by giving you plenty of golf courses, restaurants,
shopping, theatres and the heritage park
