SPECIAL FEATURES

Located 40 min north of Parry Sound on Key River with direct access to Georgian Bay. Very private settings with magnificent views, sourrounded by crown land, across from Indian Reserve. Water access only, 5 min boat ride from the marina located on hwy 69. Boat with motor (15 HP Honda 4stroke) and canoe included. Great fishing, swimming or just relaxing. Winter season - enjoy winter at its best, minutes from major C snowmobile trail (near hwy 400/Key River), excellent area for ice fishing, cross cuntry skiing, snowmobilling.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

3 bdrms plus a loft, 1500 SF cottage, extra cabin with a bunkie. Hot/cold water, bathroom with shower, fire place, electric baseboard heating if needed, can sleep up to 12 people. Kitchen is fully equipped (stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, utensils ect.), there is also a BBQ. There are 2 double beds, 1 king bed in the loft, big corner sofa bed in LR, bunk bed (single over double), sofa bed in the solarium, extra cabin with a bunkie. We have Bell satelite, DVD/VCR and stereo for our guest.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Water access, long dock (can park your own boat), small beach at the dock, wild beaches along the river, fire pit, fantastic view.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Fishing, hunting (black bears!), hiking, swimming. Direct access to Georgian Bay right at the French River delta - great fishing for miles. Popular area for canoe routes (Key/Pickerel/French River).

RATE INFORMATION

Mid season (July/August) $1400 weekly, May/June and September/October for $1100 weekly, off-season lower rates available, spring/fall short term rent available (weekends, extended weekends). Please contact for more information and pictures.
