SPECIAL FEATURES
This lovely four season Panabode cedar chalet has character and a spectacular view of Georgian
Bay from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. A large deck facing the water also
makes this a most desirable destination for rest and relaxation. It is ideally located just off Hwy. 26
directly across from Northwinds Beach and only 7 minutes to Collingwood and 30 minutes to
Wasaga Beach. The 17 km. Georgian Trail is directly in front of the chalet with easy access for
walking or biking.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single bunks as well as a
living room with a floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, dining area, breakfast nook, kitchen
and bath. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the basic necessities
including dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, cutlery, kettle, toaster. There is a large
harvest table that can seat up to 10 people and a smaller table for up to 4 people in the breakfast
nook. The living room has a large flat screen HD TV, DVD player, sofa and two chairs. The chalet
has cable and high speed wireless internet service. The lower level has another bedroom with two
bunk beds (sleeps 4), a full bathroom with shower, and a large rec room with loveseat, two
recliner rockers and a queen sofa bed and TV. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level
and the floors are heated. The lower level entrance opens to an area for ski equipment.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Attractively landscaped lot set among cedar and spruce trees with a stamped concrete driveway
and detached two car garage. Well maintained. Three sided wrap around deck includes a
sheltered section at the back of the chalet with patio furniture and a gas barbecue. Deck at front
has lots of room for lounging, viewing the bay and stargazing.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Blue Mountain and Collingwood offer plenty of outdoor activities for all four seasons: skiing, snow
boarding, mountain or trail biking, hiking, tubing, golf, rock climbing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking,
sailing, horse back riding, tree top walking, sky diving, etc. There is also the Plunge centre at Blue
Mountain Village which is lots of fun for adults and children alike. A new Cineplex movie theatre
and many wonderful restaurants nearby round out the experience. There is a museum, shopping,
antiquing and events in Collingwood throughout the year.
