Brudenell by the River Cottage is beautifully situated among beautiful white birch trees that provide shade for those lazy, hazy days of summer. From the deck the river view of peaceful blue water, green trees and red soil can be seen. Various pleasure crafts sail up and down the river. Just steps away from your cottage enjoy a swim in the salt water river or just take a chair or blanket and sit on the sand. Sit round a camp fire and roast marshmallows. Digging clams on the beach and cooking them for a savoury taste proves to be fun for many. Our cottage is private, but close to supermarkets, fast food chains, fine dining, lobster suppers, live theatre, hospital, laundry facilities, horsebacking riding, craft shops, and lots of site seeing.
Also world renoun Brudenell Golf Course and Resort is just 3 minutes away.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage features pine floors throughout, two bedroom (queen beds)and pull out sofa (double). Kitchen is full equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee perk, toaster, dishes, cutlery and everything one needs to set up housekeeping. Spacious dining room(sits 6) comfortably. Separate living room with two extra living room chairs, coffee table and pull out sofa. Linens and towels are provided. Great drinking water from the tap. Also a crib, playpen,highchair could be provided if needed.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Follow the path from the cottage - just a few yards to the river. Enjoy the view of the river while you bbq(propane) on the deck and relax in the patio furniture. Relax in the hammock.

Just 3 minutes away is World Renoun Brudenell Golf Course and Resort.
Also 3 minutes away is the Confederation Walking Trail.
In Georgetown - 5 minutes away - enjoy live theatre at the Georgetown Play House or visit the Georgetown Inn for the finest in dining. Go fishing with Perry Gotell in his fine craft. Also fishing with a pole of the wharf is fun. There are various craft stores and restaurants in Georgetown.
In Montague, 15 minutes away is the Atlantic Fitness East Center. Montague has fine dining and lots of shopping. Take a curse at the Mariana and go seal watching.
Visit Ben's Lake for catch and release about 25 minutes away.
