INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the ambiance of a floor-to-ceiling natural field stone gas fireplace in the
living room, warm pine paneling in the dining room, along with many vintage
furniture pieces throughout.
Modern spacious kitchen with huge pantry, gas stove, convection microwave,
dishwasher, etc. makes cooking a pleasure.
Central gas heating, and air conditioning for your comfort. Another plus is the
cottage is on town water and sewers, so no worries there. Washer and dryer for
your convenience.
Expansive views of the water from almost every room through new picture windows.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for your privacy. Main
bathroom has a jacuzzi bath for your relaxation. Spacious living room has a TV
viewing area on one end and a games table on the other for varied activities.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed,
complemented with a decorative fireplace. A double pull-out sofa bed is provided
in the living room for additional guests.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This is a private, quiet country retreat located just around the corner from
downtown historic Collingwood. Paved double driveway allows easy access right to
your front door. All-on-one level means no stairs. Beautiful landscaping defines
its natural surroundings.
The water side of the cottage property is 116 ft. wide , and leads directly to
spectacular Georgian Bay . Walk down to the water from your back door.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Enjoy cycling or jogging along the quiet cottage roads or link onto the
Collingwood trails 2 minutes away.
Collingwood is famous for its four seasons activities, be it golfing, boating,
enjoying the beaches in the summer, viewing the spectacular colours in the fall,
skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and bird watching, fishing, hiking in the
Spring. There are many festivities and special events the town offers
throughout the year.
The Village at Blue Mountain and the Scenic Caves are only 15 minutes by car, as
is the world's longest freshwater beach, Wasaga Beach.

RATE INFORMATION
Must be 25 years or older to reserve. Maximum occupancy 6 persons, including
children.
SPRING RATES: April and May $2200/month. June $2500/month.
SUMMMER RATES: July and August $4400/month. (Weekly rate $1100)
FALL RATES: Sept. $2500/month. October and November $2200/month.
Booking and damage deposits required.
