SPECIAL FEATURES
The Main Cottage Beach House is perched 10 feet from the water, and the Boathouse Suite is directly situated at the shoreline. There is a beautiful, sandy beach and shallow wading, in crystal clear water, for about 20 feet out where it gently drops off to deep water. We are south facing which provides sun all day on the beach, dock and deck. We are surrounded by old forest, so there is a lot of privacy from the neighbouring cottages. 12 Mile Bay can be an active area, providing great boat watching during the busy weekends, and is very peaceful through the week.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The interior of the Main Cottage has been designed in a "Cape Cod Beach House" style. Done all in whites and blues with splashes of red. It is an open concept with the kitchen flowing in to the dining room and beyond to the living room. There are large windows and sliding doors leading out to an enormous deck with a Gazebo dining area and a glass railing, so the view from all areas is water. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the guest room has a Queen, and the 3rd bedroom has two bunk bed sets. It has one bathroom with shower as well as a screened in Porch.
The Boathouse Suite is decorated in "Bahamian Beach House" colours, beach sand white walls, and accented with seafoam blues. It sits directly above the water with a lovely sunning balcony and it has a King size bed, small washroom, and kitchenette with gorgeous water views, perfect for visiting guests!

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The large deck provides all day living space, with lounge chairs, a 6 person dining set covered with a Gazebo and BBQ, all accessed by two sliding doors. The stairway down to the waterfront is all handlaid stone work, bordered by natural flora. The waterfront is flat and great for volleyball or badminton games and friends and family gatherings around the dining table or to gather in the Muskoka chairs around the Chiminea. A few steps down puts you on to a natural sand beach, and the water is crystal clear and knee deep for about 20 feet out, allowing for a safe and fun playing and swimming area for children of all ages.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
We are only 1 mile from the open waters of Georgian Bay which offers endless boating opportunities, whether to explore, have lunch at Henry's Famous Fish Restaurant, water skiing, tubing or fishing. There is great shopping and fine dining restaurants plus many golf courses in the town of Port Carling which is approx. 35 minutes away. Mactier provides access to a small grocery, LCBO, bank, post office and hardware store and is only 25 minutes. Moose Deer Point Marina is a 5 minute boat ride away and is a great spot for last minute forgotten items, fuel and of course some ice cream treats!

$1700/week For Main 3 Bdrm. 1 Bath Cottage **minimum stay 1 week - no weekend only rentals**
Additional $600/week For Boathouse Suite (cannot be rented separately from Main Cottage)
LOW SEASON: May 25th - June 15th, 2013 and Sept 7th - 27th, 2013
