If we have a last minute availability we may consider a shorter rental but all last minute specials will be POSTED. LAKE VIEW, located ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LAKE in Sylvan, in the QUIET heart of cottage country near the downtown area of Sylvan Lake! About 9 blocks to downtown and 3 blocks to the playground. Beach/grass area directly across the street! Watch gorgeous SUNSETS from the front deck or cross the street and sit on the beach!

The cottage is gorgeous cozy with hardwood floors and a vaulted cedar ceiling with a Cape Cod flare. The cottage has an open floor plan with the kithen and living room which has a wood burning stove. There are 2 bedrooms; both with queen sized beds and the master bedroom has a BRAND NEW QUEEN SIZED TOP OF THE LINE PILLOW TOP MATTRESS! As well as a pull out hide-a-bed in the living room which adds additional queen sized sleeping space.
Includes a modern, full kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and sink. 4 piece bath seperate claw tub and a washer & dryer.
TV, DVD & CD Player.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Front & rear decks. The backyard has great sun exposure for tanning during the day and nice shade in the later hours, & also a fire pit for hot dog roasts. Also: propane BBQ on the back deck, a patio furniture set on the front deck facing the lake, plenty of lawn chairs and a picnic table. Firewood can be purchased in town.

Cabin is across the street from the finest beach in all of Alberta, with a shallow water play area, tons of sand and lots of grassy spots, a roped swimming area and warm water; lots of fun is had by all. The lake is large, deep and very clean.

Walk across the street to your own beach and swimming area, and it's just a few blocks to the children's playground and the main part of downtown. Sip your morning coffee on the deck while gazing across the lake. This cottage is in a quiet area, but just blocks from the main part of the finest beach in AB, swim area, beach volleyball area, water slide park, large kids playground, marina, grocery stores, ice cream shops and many other little shops.

For the Month's of June and September (not including the long weekend weeks) we will rent by the week for $1295 with a 50% deposit at time of booking, and 50% due 15 business days prior to their vacation start.
We will consider nightly rentals during the month of June and the month of Sep for a minimum of 2 nights. Please inquire for rates, with the full amount due upon booking plus a cleaning fee.

For the Month's of July to September, we rent by the week for $1,495, with a $747.50 deposit at time of booking, and $747.50 due 15 business days prior to their vacation start.
We MAY consider nightly rentals during this period for a minimum of 3 nights for LAST MINUTE bookings, WE WILL POST ANY LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY. Full amount due upon booking. For nightly rentals there is a $100 cleaning fee.

The 50% initial deposit to hold the reservation is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival, and the cottage was able to be rented to someone else.

For all rentals we require a fully refundable security deposit of $750. Security deposit will be deposited and will be returned after a walk through is complete and the property is found to be damage free and left in the condition stated in the Terms outlined. Check In is Sunday by 4:00 PM and Check Out is Sunday by 11:30 AM.
No pets & No smoking indoors.
Kitchen linens are included.
It is the renter's responsibility to ensure the cabin is neat & clean at the end of the rental period and as much laundry as possible be done before departure please.
Children should be supervised at all times.
