INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This large bright and spacious high-end, extremely well-appointed Lake House/Cottage comes with all the modern amenities including hardwood floors. Master bedroom has double doors to a private deck facing the lake, gas fireplace, T.V., walk-in closet and a full ensuite with double shower, very romantic! The living room area is open to the kitchen/dining room and has a wall mounted plasma TV with a Blue Ray DVD, stereo, leather couches and gas fireplace. There is free wireless internet access available. There are a total of 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. The majority of living is done on the upper level to take full advantage of the lake view. There is another bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor of the home. All beds are queen sized except the one bedroom has 2 single beds capable of making one full sized bed. Includes a modern, full kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and sink and a washer & dryer. Most all kitchen gadgets as well, coffee pot, kettle, waffle maker, blender, wine glasses and all dishes, pots and pans.

Front & rear decks with great sun exposure for tanning during the day and nice shade options. Also beautiful, private backyard with a fire pit for hot dog roasts, a deck with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs.
Gas BBQ and patio furniture set including a couch, 2 club chairs, lounge chair, bar stools, table and bench located on the upper front deck facing the lake. Rear deck has outdoor dining with umbrella.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Home is on Jarvis Bay Drive, a quiet street and private area and only minutes from all amenities. Located across the street from the Petro Beach, with a shallow water play area, tons of sand and lots of grassy spots, and warm water; lots of fun is had by all. The lake is large, deep and very clean.
Walk across the street to your own beach and swimming area. Sip your morning coffee on the deck while gazing across the lake. You can moor your boat directly across from the house. This home/cottage is in a quiet area and only a short bike ride or boat ride and/or drive to the main part of the town of Sylvan Lake where there is: beach volleyball area, water slide
park, large kids playground, marina, grocery stores, ice cream shops and many other little shops.

RATE INFORMATION
The 2013 summer weekly rental price is $2,895, with a summer special price of $1,895 for Sunday-
Friday (5 night rental).
We rent year-round so please email to inquire about our WINTER DISCOUNT SPECIALS!!!
**FURTHER 10% OFF ALREADY DISCOUNTED WINTER RATES**
The 50% initial deposit to hold the reservation is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days
prior to arrival, and the cottage was able to be rented to someone else. A $200 administration fee
will apply to all cancellations.
For all rentals we require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. Security deposit will be
deposited and will be returned after a walk through is complete and the property is found to be
damage free and left in the condition stated in the Terms outlined.
Check In is Sunday by 4:00 PM and Check Out is Sunday by 11:00 AM. No pets & No smoking
indoors.
Kitchen linens, bedding and towels are included.
It is the renter's responsibility to ensure the cabin is neat & clean at the end of the rental period and
that as much laundry as possible get done the night before and morning of departure please.
Children should be supervised at all times.
