The cottage offers a breathtaking elevated view of the lake and steps down to a naturally landscaped waterfront offering a sandy seating area with fire pit and stunning view. The large dock offers lots of sun with its southwest exposure. The cottage has sun from early morning until sunset. There is shallow water for the kids to play and deep water entry off the dock. Also included is your choice of a pedal boat or a canoe with paddles, some life jackets, sand toys and some fishing equipment. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the bright living room with propane fireplace. The three bedrooms are newly renovated and clean. A full four piece bath is a great convenience.
