INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Separate kitchens up and down each boast new stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwaves, as well
as toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All kitchen cookware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cleaning
products are provided.
Both suites have their own laundry area, with full-size washer and dryer.
The three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs each have double or queen-sized beds,
with protective mattress and pillow covers, fresh white sheets & pillows. *Please bring your own
comforters/blankets/sleeping bags. There is plenty of storage space, and the home is well ventilated,
with large windows on both levels. Both bathrooms are renovated and modern -
ample white towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided. *Please bring your own beach
towels.
Both suites have dining and living room areas, with cable TV and a DVD player in the Upper Suite
with a lengthy movie library. There is a telephone
for local calls in each suite. Wireless internet also supplied.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage has 2 upper decks (front and back) with comfy patio furniture and a quality gas
barbecue. The walkout suite opens onto a patio with a second gas barbecue and fenced yard with
fire-pit.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
This lovely vacation home is only a few blocks walk from the beach, golf-course, water-slide, marina,
and go-cart park, as well as excellent restaurants and shops. We are also only 1 block away from
the hockey school.

RATE INFORMATION
July 1 to Sept 2:
We rent from Monday to Monday - checkout is at 11 am and check-in is at 3 pm. The cottage (both
suites together) rents for $1,750 per week, with a damage deposit of $1000 (fully refundable if
property is left in good repair). A down payment of $1000 is necessary to reserve your stay, with the
balance of $750 due 2 weeks (14 banking days) before the first day of your stay. 60 days notice of
cancellation is required for full refund of deposit. 30 days notice for 50% refund. We accept cheques,
credit card, money orders or email
bank transfers. Please contact us for details. There is NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED,
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. But we cannot
guarantee against allergies. Please advise us of any health concerns, and respect local noise and
parking by-laws.
Sept 1 to June 28:
Upper suite and Lower Suite are rented separately by the month or weekly ($1300/mo on lease
agreement or $400/week no agreement incl utilities for the Upper Suite. $1100/mo on lease
agreement or $300/week no agreement incl utilities for the Lower Suite) as fully furnished units. A
damage deposit equaling the monthly or weekly rate is required up-front. 30 days notice required for
refund of deposit.
