SPECIAL FEATURES
Our cozy, comfortable cottage is located on Simcoe Lake just 1 hour 20 minutes from Toronto.
The “core” of the cottage is a heritage cabin with modern rooms build around it nowadays. The authentic rustical part of the house provides unique romantic atmosphere.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
At the same time the cottage has all the amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a/c, etc. The cottage has a 3 p. bathroom and an outside “summer” 2 p. bathroom. There is no need to buy drinking water - you can drink the tap water: it goes from the well through the system of filters, including UV and Reverse Osmosis. Beautifully decorated dining room furnished with antique pieces comfortably seats 8 people. The cottage is ideal for a family; it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a spacious master bedroom with the queen bed, two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in a living room. The living room has large windows with the west open view overlooking the lake. You can enjoy stunning sunsets just from there or from the large lakeside patio, having an outside dinner at the huge gorgeous wrought iron dining set. We can offer not only a gas BBQ, but also an outside wood-stove. If the evening turns chilly, a fireplace will keep you cozy. If you need some indoor entertainment there is a big flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There are plenty of possibilities for outside activities: a camp fire place, a windsurf, two kayaks and life jackets. As the lot is large and leveled, there is lots of room to play games; we also have got a huge trampoline: kids just love it. Mature trees, hedges and a fence provide enough privacy at the lot and at the waterfront patio.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Fishing is great all year round and boat rentals available close by (please bring your own equipment).
There are few nice restaurants near by.
You can also enjoy shopping, cinema and fine dining in downtown Orillia, which is 20 minutes driving, as well as Casino Rama.
There is a farm not far from the cottage, where you can pick up yourself some wonderful strawberries, raspberries and asparagus.
There is a drive-in movie theatre located on Hwy 48 at Port Bolster, southwest of Beaverton, which is 20 min driving north of the cottage: can be an exciting night out for the family.

RATE INFORMATION
Weekly Rental - $1,400.00 June 1 to September 5, X-mas and March break, all other months Weekly Rental - $1,000.00. Security Deposit $500.00 weekly 50% to be paid at time of booking. Call for weekend and monthly rate.
