This small cottage is conveniently located on the east side of Lake Couchiching just south of Casino Rama.
It is a neat, clean, well-equipped and comfortable cottage with a child-friendly setting.
Outside, there is a large, flat lawn to the water's edge, a small deck on the cottage and mature trees
surrounding the property.
Inside the cottage has a spacious living/dining area with a small kitchen off the dining area.
The cottage is convenient to local Orillia attractions and shopping.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 3 small bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a single bed. In addition
there is a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a 4 piece bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink and
toilet.
Amenities
The cottage is well equipped with a modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a television, DVD, VCR for entertainment and for getting out on the water there is a canoe with
paddles and a paddleboat. There is small deck on the cottage with a picnic table, muskoka chairs and a gas
BBQ. (Fireplace not for renter use).

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Waterfront & Swimming
This great waterfront property is surrounded my mature hedges providing tons of privacy
90' of waterfront facing the west side of the lake (beautiful sunsets)
A flat lawn to the water's edge where there are two docks extending into the water.
The water depth at the shore is just a few inches deep. The bottom is sand/stone at the shore with a very
gradually sloping, sandy bottom as you wade into the lake.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
This Sunset Hideaway is located within a 10 minute drive of downtown Orillia where you will find great
shops and restaurants, a Saturday morning farmer's market, art galleries, the Opera House with live
productions, the Stephen Leacock Museum, etc.
The Port of Orillia where you can launch your boat or take a tour around the lake on the Island Princess is
host to many events. Several golf courses and ski resorts are also located nearby.
Don't forget about Casino Rama located a short walk across the street, it offers world-class entertainment
and dining.
