INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This spacious 1250 square foot cottage has three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The living room has a sectional sofa for ample seating and the sitting room has a futon for overnight guest flexability.
The full size kitchen is totally equipped and dining room has a table that seats 8. Full four piece bathroom. The decor is relaxed, with shoreline views from the living room, dining room and sitting room windows.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This cottage has an all season millon dollar view of Georgian Bay and Georgian Peaks Ski Hills vista. It is perfect for an active, yet relaxing vacation. We have a fire pit, Muskoka chairs and a picnic table. We are on town water and sewers. The cottage is all one level and have only 2 steps up at entry. We have a garage for storage of your bikes. Waterfront deck for relaxing or to view sunrise. There is ample room in the yard for outdoor activities like badmington.

SPECIAL: 20% discount for weekly rental in May and September.
Balance of the year:
Week: $975;
Long Week-End: $675 (Friday to Monday);
Week-End: $495 (Friday to Sunday).
Booking and damage deposit required.
