Williams Landing is a beautiful cottage community of just 18 cottages nestled among the trees on 47 acres of property and 3,100 feet of shoreline on Kashawigamog Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. The cottage is right on the waterfront, has privacy, and faces west for stunning sunsets. The great room features a gas fireplace and games area. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and two other bedrooms provide lots of space for family or friends. On the property is a tennis court, volleyball court, tetherball, two beaches, swim raft, docks, horseshoe pit and soccer pitch. In winter, there is a skating rink. Williams Landing is close to Sir Sam's Ski resort for winter activities plus canoe routes and ATV trails for all-season use. This is a fractional ownership cottage and this share is for rent and also for sale. Ownership is for 5 weeks per year shared with 6 other owners. You can rent it, sell it, lend it or bequeath it just like any other real estate. You get a luxury cottage at a low cost.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything the gourmet cook requires. A spacious deck overlooks the water and has muskoka chairs and tables. The masterbedroom and second bedroom have queen size beds. A bunk room has two full size double bunks which can accommodate 4 children or adults. The cottage is furnished with tasetful pine furniture and pine panelling.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage comes with canoes, paddle boats, kayaks and row boats. It has a deep water entry dock. There are two sandy beaches with shallow entry suitable for children. The cottage is easily accessible in both winter and summer with a generous driveway. Trees surround the cottage which provides good privacy.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is on the property, but if you want to go further afield there are antique stores and art galleries in Haliburton and Minden. ATV trails and rentals are close by as well as snow mobile rentals. Sir Sams Ski resort, the Haliburton Forest and Algonquin Park are also close. In winter there are many cross country ski trails and in summer many canoe routes.


RATE INFORMATION
High seaon rate is $1,700 per week. Low season is $1,200 per week. Weekend rentals are available during low season. Minimum 3 night rental.
