In 2011, Golfweek ranked Rocky Crest Golf Club third in its inaugural listing of the best Canadian courses of the modern era (post 1980). Since it openned in 2000, this spectacular Thomas McBroom design has accumulatetd many such accolades. Among them are honours such as being ranked fifth in the country in 2005 by The Globe and Mail, and being named the top resort course in the province by Ontario Golf magazine. Adjacent to the Rocky Crest Resort and Lakeside at Rocky Crest, the course is presided over by an imposing pine-log lodge-style clubhouse and incorporates all the spine-tingling qualities of the Muskoka golf experience. With tees stretchng from 6,936 yardes down to 5,131, Rocky Crest is a delight for golfer's of all abilities. The course is open from early May until mid October.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Next to Lake Joseph with a lakefront swimming pool, hot tub, spa, chaise lounges and restaurants. The outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub is open from May through Thanksgiving weekend, each year. A 25-foot water trampoline is great fun for all ages. A six foot waterslide, on a floating raft, is there for your enjoyment. Day use docks on Lake Joseph with canoes, kayaks and paddleboats are available at no cost. Beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis and basketball are on site.
Child day services are available at the Armeshaw Club, a perfect sports centre for kids including kids pool. The salt water children’s pool is open June 25th through September 6th. The Armishaw Kids Program includes children's fishing, rocketry, paddle painting, model boats and cars and nature trails. Every night through the summer, hang out around a warm camp fire and roast mushmellows.
The owner's recreation centre offers a billards lounge, games room, TV lounge, fitness centre, sauna and an additional hot tub. Nearby marina offers opportunity for boat launching and rentals. Enjoy the walking, jogging and cross country ski trails. A skating rink is in the backyard during the winter season. Downhill skiing at Mount St. Louis is only 20 minutes away. Open from January till April are well-groomed snowmobile trails including the Seguin Trail which is minutes away and part of the OFSC Trail System.
Restaurants include the Lake Joseph Dining Room, the Fireside Lounge, On the Green Dining at the Rocky Crest Clubhouse and the Bayside Patio.

Half of the payment is due at booking (non-refundable) and half of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
