plenty of storage room for
all your belongings. Two full bathrooms provide all the privacy you need, washer
& dryer give you all the
conveniences of home.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Low Season:
$295/night, $1800/week

Cancellation policy:
Full refund less $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days or more prior to
check in. 50% refund if
cancelled 30-59 days prior to check in. No refund if canceled within less than
30 days of the check in
date.
Deposit: 50% of rental fee at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior
to check in.
Other fees: Damage Deposit of $1000 due in cash upon check in, refunded within
one week providing
home is left in the same condition as upon check in.
Trailer & campers parked on site - fees based on current campground rates
Other policies:
Waiver & rental agreement to be returned with original 50% deposit. Guest
numbers in excess of 8 can
be
subject to a $50/head cleaning charge at the owner's discretion. Reservations
will be held for five (5)
days to allow time to submit the deposit. After 5 days, the property will be
released to the first party on
the waiting list.
It is the renters responsibility to ensure that the house is in the same
condition upon departure as upon
arrival and that as much laundry as possible get done the night before and
morning of the departure
please.
