INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Your home away from the city – With so much space to spread out, this is the perfect spot for small families, or two families (or 3 couples) who are looking for a place to share.
Our raised, ranch-style house is on two levels. The upper features an open-concept living/dining room, kitchen, large master bedroom and 3-piece bath. At the back, the sunroom overlooking the large, private yard is an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax with a book.
On the lower level, there are two large bedrooms, one with walk-out to the backyard, both with queen beds. The common area between the two bedrooms is set up as family room/ additional sleeping space with a double bed and a futon couch. Very separate from the upstairs, it's a great place for the kids to
hangout when the parents are chatting in the living room. The lower level alsohas it's own 2-piece bath (toilet and shower) and laundry room with washing machine.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The house sits on large property, in a quiet area surrounded by tall pines. When you’re not at the beach - relax in a hammock amongst the trees, enjoy a meal under the covered dining area, sunbathe on the rooftop deck or start up a game of soccer in the backyard.

RATE INFORMATION
Peak Season: June to mid-September, $1200/week
Mid-September to November: $800/week
Winter rates available upon request.
Must be 29 years and older. Families preferred.
Check-in 4pm Friday Check-out 11am Friday.
Signed rental Agreement plus 25% security deposit required upon booking.
Cancellations are allowed free of charge 21 days prior to your first night. Your deposit will not be returned
for cancellations after this period.
Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
The cottage is cleaned before your arrival. Upon vacating, please leave the premises tidy and free of trash.
The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after your stay, upon no-damage verification.
No smoking in the cottage. Ask about pets.
Bring your own linens and towels. Blankets are provided.
