SPECIAL FEATURES
This is a great family/couple/corporate retreat getaway. This island property has spectacular views of lake
muskoka and great sunrises. There is a dock with a shallow and deep area for swimming and a floating raft
to swim to. The privacy makes this a unique property. It is a 10 min boat ride to the marina. Several golf
courses around and a sailing school directly across from the cottage. There are 2 bunkhouses one with a
bathroom and the other is a great sleeping quarters. Fabulous deck and screened in porch for those warm
summer evenings.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There is a full kitchen with sit up bar and dining area. Great family room with a fireplace and great
windows. Three bedrooms, the main bedroom with King bed and sliding glass door onto the deck. Another
bedroom with bunkbeds and the other room with single bed and queen size bed. Laundry facilities and and
an extra fridge and freezer. Screened in porch off the living room.

The is a wrap around deck with Propane BBQ on the cottage as well as a deck on the boatport and floating

Price upon request. High Season In June 29th through to Sept 3 2012. Discount for long term rentals and a
damage deposit of $500 required. To secure a reservation a deposit of 50% is required.
