There are five bedrooms with beds to sleep 16 people comfortably, along with two full bathrooms and a half-bath. The weekly rental rates at Labrador Lodge are: January - February - March: $2100 / week April: $1800 / week May - June: $2100 / week July - August: $2700 / week September - October: $2100 / week November - December: $1800 / week Chistmas, New Years and March Break: $2700 / week Weekend rentals are available September to June. Weekend times are generally Friday at 1pm until Sunday at 6pm. Weekend Rates are as follows: 2 Nights: $1200 3 Nights: $1400 4 Nights: $1600 There is a $300 damage deposit due on all bookings. The deposit will be returned within 30 days if there are no issues upon departure.
