This property is conveniently located just off of Hwy 26 on the border of Wasaga Beach and Collingwood - about a 15 minute drive to Beach Area's 1-6 at Wasaga Beach! Go Karts are just across the street (Off of Hwy 26).

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This newly painted and updated chalet is 2 stories and just over 1500 sq ft. There are 2 bathrooms both with shower, a cozy living room with a fire place and 5 bedrooms. The main floor has one bedroom with a double bed and this room leads to a second bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one room with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and single on top. The living room also has a pull out couch if needed. The kitchen has been recently updated and has all of the necessities for cooking and dining.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is steps from the lake which is at the bottom of the street. It has plenty of parking, a large backyard with a swing set for the kids, a large deck and fire pit for roasting marshmallows!

Summer Activies: Golf,Hiking, Swimming, Beach Area 1-6 are about 15 minutes away (Beach Area 6 is closest to the cottage), Bowers Beach at the bottom of the street, Scenic Caves,Zipline and Tree-top walking, Go Karts and batting cages (across the street), Le Scandinave Spa.
Winter activites close by include: skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, skating, ice fishing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
