•Deposits
•Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with the a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent and a signed rental contract.
•Payment Balance
The payment of the balance for the rental period is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
•Security or Damage Deposit
A security/damage deposit of CDN$2500 is due upon arrival.
The security deposit will be returned to the person responsible of the rental of the unit after completing
the inspection and the inventory has taken place. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if no
damage is found.

•Cancellations Policies
Cancellations will be effective on the date a written notice is received by email in our office. We will
process refunds within 5 days. All cancellations are charged a $250 administrative fee.
•90 days prior to arrival - forfeit 25% of rental deposit
•61-90 days prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of full rental deposit
•31 - 60 days prior to arrival - forfeit 75% of rental deposit
•Less than 30 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of rental deposit
•Christmas and New Year's weeks - forfeit 100% of rental deposit
•In all cases, if we are able to re-rent for the cancelled week, your deposit will be refunded subject to a
15% cancellation and administration charge.

Check OUT: 11:00 AM
Flexible times may be possible upon request.
We ask for your cooperation in meeting the check-out time. Other guests will likely be coming in behind
you only 5 hours later and your assistance in making their arrival a gratifying experience is greatly
appreciated.
•Children Policies
Children must be supervised at all times.
•Quiet Time Policy
You are a guest in a privately owned vacation home in a residential neighbourhood.
Respect & Privacy of neighboring property owners must be maintained.
Quiet time is 11:00 pm through 9:00 am.
Please be respectful of our permanent resident neighbors by moving any noisy activities indoors after
11 PM.
There is a zero tolerance for undue noise disturbances caused by guests outside of quiet time. In the
event that property owners receive a verified noise complaint, the registered guest will be charged a
minimum of $250 for the required response to this call. If the first warning is not adhered to, there will
be an immediate eviction without rental term refund.
•Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside of the property).
There will be a CDN$1000 charge added to the rent if home is found to have been smoked in.

•House keeping services
Not provided during rental period
The property will be inspected & cleaned by housekeeping services prior to your arrival. However it is
the renters responsibility to ensure that the house is in the same condition upon departure as upon
arrival and that as much laundry as possible get done the night before and morning of the departure
please. ( vacuum & laundry soap, dish soap is provided)
•Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.

•Liability
The property Owner is not responsible for any accidents that may happen while renting the property.
The renters assume full responsibility & liability for any accidents that may occur during the rental
period.( from Check in to check out)
•County of Camrose noise by-laws apply as does the imposoitoin of periodic fire bans (any open fires
i.e fire pit). See the County of Camrose web-site for information on Fire bans or noise by-law for
specifics.
•No ATV's (quads) are permitted.
•The property owner is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. It is recomended that vehicles be kept
locked when unattended.
If you leave something behind, we will assist in returning it to you at your cost but at no additional fee.
•If desired dates are showing booked on the calendar, please email and ask to be placed on the
cancellation list, please state the dates you are looking for.
