The cottage is situated in the skirts of Kolapore escarpment mountain with
climbing,
biking, hiking, snow showing or cross-country skiing starting from your own
backyard.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Entering the foyer filled with large closets and perfect to leave your muddy
cycling, hiking, snow shoes or skis and put your slippers on or just walk
barefooted on the gorgeous, rich, full of character wide plank wooden floor that
runs throughout the cottage.
A gourmet kitchen awaits you, bright and inviting, filled with sunlight from
skylights, ceiling to floor windows, glass bricks and featuring exposed stone
wall. Fully stocked with state of the art small and big appliances and
sitting/dining area you will find this kitchen lacks for nothing. Eat a casual
breakfast at the large island or sit down to a leisurely meal in the California
room and enjoy the view of the enchanting gardens the experience will be
unforgettable.
Continuing into the great room filled with 6 large arched windows with 20 inch
sills to your right find a large formal dining table that sits comfortably eight
people for fine dinners and entertaining. To your legty sit by the warm Vermont
fireplace for a drink onto the quaint but comfortable couch and armchairs. Cozy
up by a window with a book for the afternoon, watch tv from the entertainment
center, listen to your favourite music, or if you have the skills play the
exquisite upright piano for your guests. This large open concept, cathedral
ceilings, great room has it all acoustics, charm, atmosphere, style and is both
beautiful and relaxing.
From each window of the cottage enjoy the view of park like setting with its
lush shrubs, trees and perennial rock gardens surrounding the 2 acre property
with privacy and beuty.
The 2 bedrooms offer two single over double missionary style beds with
mattresses worthy of a 5 star hotel for your perfect sleep.
The master bedroom in the loft offers a full view on both sides of the cottage
and a skylight window where you could retreat and enjoy a quiet moment to
yourself or admire the full view of the cottage from above.
Take a shower in the large 3 piece bathroom filled with natural light coming
from the glass brick wall in the shower cabin. Organise all your luggage in the
many closets of the cottage for your convenience and your perfect vacation is
about to start. You will not be disappointed.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
One acre of park like setting offers more than a hundred years old trees,
perennial gardens, lots of space for games, pergola with patio furniture for
outside dining and entertaining and huge fire pit.
Trails to Kolapore Uplands starting from your own backyard and leading to
Kolapore River and a beaver dam within minutes offer plenty of outdoor
activities.

there are many routes to choose, that take anywhere from 1 ½ to 6 hours length
starting from your backyard - Kolapore Uplands
Swiming - There are many sandy beaches in the area - Blue Mountain, Thornbery and
Lora Bay are about 10 km from the cottage
Fishing - Famous Eugenia Lake 10 km or Kolapore river beaver dam 5 min walking
from your backyard
Golfing - Georgian Bay Golf Club, Lora Bay Golf Club and Meaford Golf Club 10-15
minute drive from the cottage
Clubing, fine dining, pubs, many small shops and cafes, arts and crafts in
Clarksburg or the village in Blue Mountain

ALL WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FRIDAY-FRIDAY. ALL RENTALS CHECK IN IS 4PM, CHECK OUT
IS 10AM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. COTTAGE CAPACITY IS 8 PEOPLE.
ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO 750$ SECURITY DEPOSIT, REFUNDABLE UP TO TWO WEEKS
AFTER CHECK OUT, WITHOUT INTEREST, PROVIDED THERE IS NO DAMAGES MORE THAN 10
DOLLARS.
FOR BOOKING/RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS EMT (EMAIL MONEY
TRANSFER) OR CERTIFIED PERSONAL CHEQUE
RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED WHEN DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST
- SERVE BASIS.
FULL PAYMENT(RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT)IS DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR OCCUPANCY. TO
RESERVE THE COTTAGE MORE THAN A MONTH PRIOR OCCUPANCY, HALF OF THE RENT AND HALF
OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
THE OWNER WILL BOOK THE COTTAGE FOR YOU AFTER PAYMENT.
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 75$ ADMINISTRATION FEE.
