SPECIAL FEATURES
This charming chalet is immaculate and the perfect place to get away.
It is set back on almost an acre of land, with mature trees giving privacy from the street and on all sides. You enter from the front porch which is partially covered or from the back deck into the mudroom for your skiis & boots. The main floor has a cozy feel with the gas fireplace in the living room which is open to the kitchen eating area.
This chalet even has central A/C!!!
Perfectly located at the foot of the mountain just 3 to 4 minutes to the ski slopes and the Village at Blue Mountain, 4 to 5 minutes to the beaches along Georgian Bay, about 10 minutes to Collingwood and 20 minutes to Wasaga Beach.
All this situated on a hug lot, wooded at the back, with a fire pit, a hot tub, and a new 20`x10` back deck .

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
On the main level we have a full kitchen and living room. We also have a bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor.
Upstairs are 2 other bedrooms and another full bathroom nicely upgraded with a beautiful glass shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a walk-out to a private upper deck. A 4th bedroom is located in the basement.
Downstairs is the separate space you need for entertaining or for the kids with a large family / media room.
The utility room is large with lots of storage and the forced air natural gas furnace.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This chalet is a secluded, private, detached property that will give you a wonderfully peaceful experience.
Using the large hot tub is a great way to soak your cares away and relax. It is a new hot tub that is in excellent condition and kept clean at all times.

RATE INFORMATION
We rent to mature groups...must be 25 years or older to book. In the Winter we rent a weekend out at $1450 and a week at $1950. In the Summer we rent a weekend out at $1450 and a week at $1900. During the off season we rent a weekend out at $1200 and a week at $1500. Long weekends are $1550. Stay over Christmas for $ 2200. Stay over New Years for $ 4500. A refundable damage deposit is required to secure your stay.
