septic tanks. Main cottage, 12 ft from water, beach, has picture windows & sliding doors walkout to a
sun-filled screen porch (removable glass panes for late dining), lakefront deck, and dock. Sitting/Dining
room has a 20 ft field stone fireplace, well decorated with antique pine furniture & tasteful furnishings
throughout. Separate study with TV, bookcases, separate sliding door walkout to deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 full
bathrooms. Guest Cottage has recreation room & utility area on ground floor, upstairs 1 1/2 storey
apartment with full kitchen, full bathroom, sitting/room area, large sofa pullable into into queen size
couch, spiral staircase to 2 loft sleeping areas (not full height, more for kids than adults)

RATE INFORMATION
SUMMER 2013:
Pay Main Cottage, get Guest Cottage free - no separate rental in summer to preserve
private enjoyment. Minimum 2 weeks. One week available only as filler or late cancellation or during
shoulder months. 1 week $2,450, 2 weeks $4,600, 3 weeks @6,660, 4 weeks $8,650, negotiable for
longer. Damage deposit required. Renter pays flat $150 for 50% of changeover costs.
WINTER 2012-13 SEASON. Dec-Feb Rented.
Both cottages available for March,April 2013, attractive rates weekly, monthly.
Whole winter ski season ( 3-4 months): Main House.
Dec-March $7,500 rent + hydro + snowplow. Rent includes telephone, TV & high speed internet by
satellite.
Guest Chalet available: whole season
Dec-March 2012: Rent $3,650 (include Satelite TV, high speed internet access) + hydro & snowplow.
Winter Seasonal package rate for both cottages available on request.
