SPECIAL FEATURES

This private cottage has a warm relaxing feeling with 300' of water frontage. The swimming area has a natural shoreline with sandy bottom and clean clear water - no weeds. This property is not suitable for very small children due to the stairs to the swimming area.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Lovely screened in porch overlooking the lake. The cottage has 2 1/2 bedrooms, Master has queen bed, Spare has double bed, and the other 1/2 room has a double futon bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Water is drawn from the lake so we ask that you bring all drinking/cooking water.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Large cedar deck also overlooking the lake, floating dock, outside firepit, and beautiful cottage gardens. This large property is very private with stairs to the swimming area.

Magnificent Algonquin Park is located a short distance away for easy day trips. The town of Barry's Bay is 8 km away and has many shops and stores. Two Golf Courses within 30km.

Summer Peak Season
July & Aug - CDN$975/week, minimum weekly rental.

Summer Off Peak Season
June & Sept - CDN$625/week May & October - CDN$450/week Weekend Rental May & October

50% of total rent due on booking plus a cheque for the balance and CDN$300 security deposit post dated 30 days prior to start of vacation Also, there is the possibility of renting a ( second cottage on Blackfish Bay)
