We have high-speed internet that is accessible near the office. Just pull up a chair, enjoy the sunshine and enjoy the internet. Depending on the weather and the strength of your computer, you might be able to access the internet in your cottage.

SPECIAL FEATURES
A creek borders one side of the property which makes for a wonderful natural harbour to dock the boats.
There are complimentary rowboats, paddle boats, canoes and life jackets, as well as a variety of bikes in all
sizes.Motorboats and kayaks are available on a rental basis by the day or week. Our tuck shop is actually a
lending library with books and DVD movies , beach toys and board games.
Our frontage features sandy beaches and a gently sloping lake bed. The lake is spring fed and very clean.
Smallmouth bass and perch are the main game fish. We have never had black flies due to a lovely constant
breeze. we feature a childrens playground, miniput,horseshoes, a sauna, volleyball or badminton court,
picnic tables, lounge chairs and a bonfire pit. All fire wood is supplied.
If you smoke, we would ask you to smoke outside of the cottage , on the deck, for the consideration of
other non-smoking guests.
We do have internet connections via satellite but reception depends on the weather. You might not be able
to get reception in the cottage but you normally can by sitting on a comfortable lawn chair near the office.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Palace is small but adorable. It is finished in tongue and groove pine throughout, cathedral ceilings
and
ceramic tile in the separate kitchen and 3 piece bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped and has a
microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as fridge and stove. The master bedroom is outfitted with a
queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with a trundle bed.( 2 single beds where one can be pushed
under the other during the day - great for kids)

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This cottage has a small privacy deck at the back facing the creek which is often alive with wildlife. The
deck comes with patio furniture and propane barbecue. The cottage is about 70 feet back from the lake.
From the kitchen area, you can watch the beach area and in the back , you can enjoy sitting on the deck
overlooking the creek.
Don't forget the fabulous sunsets.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
The island features wonderful golf courses, horseback riding and shopping, all within 20 km. Some of the
restaurants are fabulous, and there are 2 take outs (4km) for those days that you need a break.A
convenience store and gas, as well high speed internet access at the Kagawong library all within 4km.
Some of our guests have proclaimed that the cup and saucer hiking trail is one of the best they have
encountered. There are numerous other trails in the area also.

$950 a week from July 13,2013 till Aug 17, 2013
$850 a week at other times
