stone fireplace, well decorated with antique pine furniture & tasteful furnishings throughout. Separate
study with TV, bookcases, separate sliding door walkout to deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Guest
Cottage has recreation room & utility area on ground floor, upstairs 1 1/2 storey apartment with full
kitchen, full bathroom, sitting/room area, large sofa pullable into into queen size couch, spiral staircase
to 2 loft sleeping areas.

SUMMER 2013 RATES:
1 week (filler only) @ $2,450. Minimum 2 weeks @ $4,600, 3 weeks @$6,660, 4
weeks @ $8,650. No tax. Deposit required. Pay Main Cottage, get Guest Cottage free (don't rent
separately to preserve privacy). Renter pays flat $150 for 50% of changeover costs.
Shoulder/off season: 10-12 days (negotiable in spring/fall), special rates.
2012-2013 WINTER SKI SEASON (Dec-April)
Rented from Dec 2012-Feb 2013.
Both cottages available for March, April 2013, weekly, monthly attractive rates
Main Cottage: Rent $7,500 (include TV, high speed internet, telephone) + hydro + snowplow
(economically shared with Guest Chalet)
Guest Chalet: Rent $3,650 (include TV, high speed internet, good cell signals) + hydro + snowplow
(shared with Main cottage).
Reduced package rate for both cottages (whole season) available on request.
