SPECIAL FEATURES
150 feet of waterfront onm Howard Lake in Northern Ontario were the Rivers flow North and South in the Boreal forest and Esker country; Kettle Lakes, Eskers, Erratics and rock outcroppings. close to Esker Lakes Provincial Park, the Quebec border and Raven mountain and gold and diamond mines. I.5 hours to Cochrane for Polar Bear Express trip to Moosonee.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is 24x20 open concept cathedral ceilling with two sleeping lofts, French doors and hardwood floors and pine pannelling, pine furniture, wood stove,galley kitchen with prropane fridge, stove, oven, hotwater heater and lights


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is a Four Season pine square log pre-fab with a wrap around 8 feet wide deck, The floating dock on the sandy beach is 32x8 feet and there is an outdoor woodstove on the beach. Water is pumped from the Lake by a honda gas engine to a gravity reservoir up the hill. Flush RV toilet empties in Swedish composter. Cottage has outside installed Paloma hotwater heater and 2, 150 pounds propane tanks on deck. Cottage is water access by 2 minute boat ride accros the lake at 45 degree angle to the public dock and parking lot.

Fishing; Pike and Pickerel. Hiking; Raven Mountain, Esker Lakes Provincial Park. Swimming; Howard Lake, Crystal Beach. Excursions, Polar Bear Express, Drag racing,canoe/kayak/motorboat trips,gold and diamond mines, blue berry picking
