SPECIAL FEATURES

Echo Falls Cottage is located in South Muskoka on beautiful Baxter Lake with boat access to Little Go Home Bay, Gloucester Pool and the Severn River (Trent Severn Waterway).

Ideal for swimming and water-sports. The cottage is a fully modern Viceroy design with many, many features including hot tub, wood-burning stove, modern kitchen, wrap-around decks, fire-pit, fully finished lower level, skylights and terrace decks off upper bedrooms.

Boat port has a huge sundeck over the water. A swimming raft, canoe and pedal boat are also provided as part of the rental.

It is also situated directly beside an idyllic small water fall, and has a firepit for summer evening campfires. Rental fishing boat available for $125/week or $50/weekend.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This Viceroy designed cottage has interesting room layouts, including a sunken living room with a beautiful woodstove centerpiece, and breakfast decks off of the 2 upper bedrooms. Echo Falls has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and a fire-pit for campfires

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Cottage features gorgeous treed outdoor areas with beautiful lake-front, offering great deep water and weed-free swimming, and gradual sandy swimming entrance off of the large private dock and shallow shoreline. Docks offer deep diving areas off end of docks, and safe jumping (no diving please!) off of the front of the sundeck for the adventurers in your group.

Hiking trails abound in the Crown Land wooded areas abutting the property.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Mount St Louis Moonstone skiing and Bon Aire Golf are a 15 minute drive. Bala is a 25 minute drive. The Big Chute Marine Railway is a 10 minute drive or 20 minute boat ride. Port Severn is a 20 minute boat ride or 10 minute drive. Honey Harbour is a 10 minute drive. Midland and Orillia are 25-30 minute drives.

RATE INFORMATION

STANDARD July and August rates - $2000 per week - full-week only (Sat noon to Sat 10 am) rentals in July and August
June and September - $1300 per week, negotiable weekends starting at $650 for groups up to 10.
Other times available, rates are very reasonable and negotiable based on size of group and length of stay.
