SPECIAL FEATURES
This Cottage is located on the dam end of Lake Iroquois. The Cottage is perched on a ledge that looks down to a expansive lawn, dock and lake front. You will enjoy fishing, swimming, boating and beautiful views and sunsets.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
As you enter camp you enter through a screened in porch. This area has a day bed (that sleeps 1). There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage. One with a double bed and the other with a twin bed and a cot that is available to add additional sleeping. In the living room there is a wood stove, couch, reclyner and a couple of other chairs. Right off the "L" shaped living room is "2" built in bunks. During the day it is part of the living room area and at night it sleeps 2. The dining room area is part of the kitchen. There is a full kitchen with all the comforts of home including a griddle to make some great meals on. The front of the house which has the "L" shaped livingroom has (2) big picture windows that look onto the lake.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Parking is located right up the path from the cottage. You will walk down a small path and then go down a set of steps. This will take you to the front entrance of the Cottage. At this location there is a Charcoal BBQ and a picnic table. Right off this area is also another set of steps that goes down to the lakefront. There is about a 100' of lake frontage which also has a large dock. The dock is a great location to dock your boat, fish or swim off of. There is another picnic table down at the lakefront as well as plenty of outdoor furniture. You will have the use of a canoe and row boat. There are life preservers, kids toys and floats in the shed. There is also a sandbox for small children.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Burlington, Vermont is about 15-20 minutes away. You can visit Shelburne Museum, downtown Burlington (for wonderful shopping & dining), Lake Champlain and many other sites.

RATE INFORMATION
$550 a week Last week of June, July, August & Fist week of September
$500 a week in May and first 3 weeks of June and last 3 weeks of September
$90 per night (2 night minimum) when available
Deposit: 1/2 rental rate is due upon booking. Payment in full is due one week prior to arrival.
Above rates are subject to 9% VT Meals and Rooms Tax
