Magnificent sun filled open concept building with two story cathedral ceiling in living/dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen, panoramic south views. Flat gentle slope to shoreline, shallow entry to clean weed free lake. Napoleon propane BBQ - always well cleaned before your arrival. Well suited to those with limited mobility and non swimmers.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

3 bedrooms, each containing a queen bed and one also includes a full size bunk bed. Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances including dish washer and all amenities (toaster, coffee maker/grinder, microwave etc). Laundry facilities - front loading washer/dryer in separate laundry room.

Full size dock (18' x 10'), boat docking, Quite paved country road - peaceful walks, little traffic with good emergency access.
