SPECIAL FEATURES
The cottage is located on a private, well-treed point of land with over 500 feet of prime shoreline on Lake Manitouwabing. Facing south, the deck offers a combination of brilliant sunshine and shade throughout the day. You are facing huge pine trees and panoramic views of the lake. Get preferred rates through our 'Stay and Play' program at The Ridge - a magnificent golf course that is a short walk from the cottage.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Nearly 2700 square feet offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, the master with a double sink and a sauna. There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen beds and walkouts to the lakeside deck. One of the upstairs bedrooms has 2 twin beds and a walkout to a lakeside balcony. The other upstairs bedroom offers a sitting/TV viewing area, 1 twin bed, and a double/twin combination bunk bed. There is an additional 2 piece bathroom on the main floor. Central air conditioning will ensure comfort even on the warmest days. The sunny main floor has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area with 2 walkouts to the deck. Our stunning kitchen has just been newly renovated. It features maple cupboards, a granite countertop, built-in appliances, and a spectacular slate backsplash that matches the 2-sorey fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a large peninsula that comfortably seats up to 6 people. The dining room has a large harvest table with 8 chairs. The living room offers comfortable seating with leather sofa and chairs, satellite TV, and a wood-burning fireplace under a 20 foot cathedral ceiling facing a wall of windows overlooking the lake.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is steps away from the dock, with deep water swimming, fishing, canoeing, and boating. Whether you prefer to play games indoors or roam the picturesque moss-covered rocky point to find the perfect spot to relax, you will be sure to enjoy this special spot. The entire front of the cottage is decking with comfortable seating for outdoor cooking/dining. There is a shallow area for wading into the water.

There are numerous events over the summer months in the McKellar and Parry Sound areas for vacationers. Some of the highlights include: - The Ridge at Manitou - the golf club that is a short walk from the cottage - get preferred rates throughout the season. RATE INFORMATION
Prices start at $3,000 per week - please call or email us directly. One week mimimum rent in July and August, other times a 2 day minimum, starting at $400/day. We require half of the total rental at booking time as well as a damage deposit.
