It also has a large 2-sided gas fireplace and four season forced air heating/air conditioning system as your guarantee of personal comfort. This brand new “cottage” is part of the renowned vacation community known as The Landscapes. The moment you get out of your car, the water welcomes you, the view inspires and soothes you. Canoes, paddleboats and kayaks promise you outdoor fun. Wouldn't you like to breath the scented air and marvel at the glorious Muskoka scene? This and so much more awaits you.

Let me give you a tour of your new holiday home. So much more than just a cottage; so much more than just a holiday. As we enter the foyer, you see your beautiful state of the art tile-floored Kitchen. The Kitchen with centre island is fully and extravagantly equipped for you; just bring food. (For those days you don’t want to cook, Baysville’s restaurants are only a phone call or 3 min away. Or you might want to explore the well beloved restaurants in Bracebridge and Huntsville) Look straight ahead and see the Dining Room with its 2 sided fireplace and comfortable seating for 8 around a harvest table that has a convenient built in buffet –great for elegant meals or casual drinks and munchies. Gleaming hardwood floors lead into the Great Room/Living Room on the other side of the fireplace and floor to ceiling cathedral windows look out to the trees and lake. The Great Room not only has the fireplace and great view but also has comfy loveseat and sofa, a window seat and a state-of-the-art entertainment centre. Wouldn’t you like to come here and curl up and read and enjoy the sunset –or– go out on your deck to eat or lounge? To the right of the Kitchen are the 2 main floor Bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with 2 twins. They share a 4-piece en-suite Bathroom with double sink and beautiful shower that has a delightful built-in bench seat. There is also another 3 piece Bathroom with a beautiful shower, near the entrance, for your convenience during days of outdoor fun. There is a handy sparkling clean Laundry Room/linen closet with stacking washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Can I take you upstairs with me to the extra privacy of the Master Bedroom and the Library/Office area? Because it is a ½ second floor/loft design, you keep the spaciousness and the view overlooking the Great Room and through the cathedral windows. The Master Bedroom invites you to relax in the king sized bed and enjoy your own private fireplace and big screen TV, or sit at the table for 2 and lazily gaze out your window at nature’s magic. The 5-piece en-suite Bathroom has a deep soaker tub plus a beautiful separate shower. Your private Library/Office is the only other area occupying the 2nd level. It is tastefully accessorized with desk, computer hook up and lamp and awaits your choice of use: your computer, journaling, instructional CD/TAPE, meditation … See if you can’t decide what you want, and make this a fulfilling get-away for you.

We’re in Magical Muskoka, so do come outside to fully appreciate your outdoor surroundings. What do you want in your holiday? Come to The Beautiful Maples and you can have it. Stroll over to the community Club House to enjoy lively conversation with like minded peple. Its casual yet luxurious decor invites you to snuggle into the roomy comfortable chairs in front of the huge Muskoka fireplace. Would you like to have a game of billiards, bridge, chess, or checkers with your own family or new found friends in the games area for a change? Take the spiral stairway to the Library Loft to find a new book, an interesting magazine article or the newspaper. The central community Clubhouse space acts as a hub for The Landscapes for when you want to mingle and is also perfect for group meetings and special family events. In the eveningn see yourself wandering out to your own private, screened gazebo. Light some candles, relax on the cushioned chairs, sip some wine and enjoy a quiet conversation with a loved one. You may wish to stroll to the community fire pit to toast marshmallows and sing old songs with your neighbours.

Other Seasons The Muskokas are renowned for their breathtaking fall colours. Golf, mountain bike, hike, paint, explore rugged Algonquin Park or just breathe in the fresh air. Year round there are sports, art and cultural events as well as shopping, restaurants and pubs. Discover nearby cross country ski trails, down hill skiing, snowmobile trails, even ice fishing. And don't forget to explore the great restaurants in the area. See yourself skating on the rink. Taking a walk in the crips fresh winter air. Cross Country ski trails, snowmobile trials and down hill skiing are all nearby. At the end of the day, you might wish to join up in the Club House for board games, billiards or conversation in front of the hugh Muskoka fireplace. Maple Cottage is available the weeks of July 6 and October 26, 08. Summer weeks are $3700 CDN, Holiday weeks are $3,000 CDN and off season is $2,800 CDN for a week of luxury. (A deposit is required.) Check in Sunday 5:00pm. Check out Sunday 12:00 noon
