SPECIAL FEATURES

Our 9.5 acre property includes gently sloping land to a shallow sandy beach, dock slips,a tennis court, horseshoes,a childrens' playground, a beachside bonfire and lots of outdoor furniture. We share it with 9 other homeowners some of whom rent as well. We all take pride in our property and work together to keep it beautiful, especially the sandy beach which graces the shores of stunning Lake Rosseau.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This 2000 square foot 2 year old cottage/home has pine ceilings and floors throughout.The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub and sliding doors leading out to the muskoka room that faces beautiful Lake Rosseau. The great room has a cathedral ceiling with a floor to ceiling engineered stone fireplace. The kitchen and eating area is spacious with three granite counter tops one of which covers an island. All appliances including a bar fridge are of top quality including the gas cooktop. A set of sliding doors takes you out to the balcony and the BBQ. This home has all the modern conveniences you desire including a bose sterio system.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This cottage is all pine with a front deck running the lengh of the cottage facing the water. There is a back deck also which views a perennial garden which blooms continuously with cutting flowers.The driveway is close to the cottage and can park 3 cars. There is easy access to the water.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

You are within walking distance of The Rock Golf Club and Steakhouse, The Muskoka Theatre at Red Leaves, and Clevelands House Resort. Clevelands also offers golf plus ski lessons, baby sitting for a fee, some nightly entertainment, and fine dining when they are not fully booked. 10 minutes away is the Lake Joseph Golf and Country Club, Rebecca's fine dining, and shopping in Port Carling. 20 minutes away is Rosseau Village where you can shop and dine and visit a wildlife zoo. 30 minutes away you can visit the Opera House, golf, shop and attend the Farmer's Market in Gravenhurst. Or you can vist Santas Village in Bracebridge and shop some more. There is so much to do in the area that you might forget to relax and spend time at the beach and watch the Seguin steamship glide past on its way to Clevelands House to pick up guests for a dinner and casino night on Lake Rosseau.

RATE INFORMATION

CDN $2800.00 weekly. Booking deposit of 1/3 of the rent plus a returnable security deposit of $400.00. Balance due on arrival. Specials:BOOK BEFORE JANUARY 30/2010 AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT OF $400 fOR 1 WEEK,$500 FOR 2 WEEKS,$600 FOR 3 WEEKS AND $900 FOR 4WEEKS. Presently July 10th to the 31st and August 14th to the 21st is still available. In 2009 we turned away approximately 20 families so book early and take advantage of the early bird specials.
