WELCOME to our unique one of a kind vacation cottage on the waterfront of Lake Shafer in Monticello Indiana near Indiana Beach Amusement Park. Our cottage has that warm feel and is extremely kid friendly, being we have 4 of our own to chase around. Our house will comfortably sleep 10 people.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Our cottage is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath with a full kitchen, family room, large screened in porch, dining area. Sliding glass doors face the lake and it's a beautiful view. Bedroom 1 has a queen, dresser, closet, night stand, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a trundle which converts to a king, a dresser, a closet, overhead storage. Bedroom 3 has a double, overhead storage, and a pack en play crib. Family Room has a queen sleeper sofa and a roll away twin. Family room has a recliner, sofa, love seat. Dining Area has table and chairs and second table and chairs on porch. Screened in porch has a queen sleeper sofa.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

We have a great view from our suspended bench swing. A playground, 7 x 10 sand box, slide, swings, spring riders, plastic rock climber, very cool for kids, 2 piers to fish or dock boats, lakeside fire pit, tandem bike to use, patio chairs and table, bean bag game, bug zapper

Weekly $1000/wk, Weeknights Sun-Th $200/nt, Weekends Fri+Sat $250/nt, Holidays $300/nt, 7 night minimum stay, must be 25 or older, checks accepted additional taxes, cleaning fee $35, rates subject to change, check in 4pm, check out 11:30am, off season rates Oct-Apr $500/wk
